• Students are invited to participate in various operational cybersecurity exercises organized by the DGA and other entities. These one-day events take place at the regional or national level, and participants receive a certificate at the end.     DEFHACK

    • The C2PO (Cyber Operational Preparation Center) organized this major exercise which aimed at training the joint cyber defense chain.
    • A total of 14 higher education institutions are involved, among them IMT Atlantique.
    • This year's edition is scheduled for October 13, 2025. 
      • Purposes
        • deploy a crisis unit within the Cyber Operations Command
        • deployment of operational teams from the headquarters, directorates and departments of the Ministry of the Armed Forces to identify the networks and systems that have been attacked
      • Example scenario
        • In a fictional international context, simulate cyber threats and attacks and implement defense measures across multiple sites with different themes.
